A protein-packed vegan alternative to scrambled eggs. Seasoned tofu crumbles are cooked with colorful vegetables and turmeric for a satisfying, nutritious breakfast that keeps you full all morning.

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
