You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account and go to Dashboard > Billing, then click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This will open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To update your payment method, log into your account and navigate to Dashboard > Billing. Click the 'Manage Subscription' button to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there, you can update your credit card, view your invoices, and manage all billing details.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at jonas@sport-calculator.com and we'll process a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
