Instructions

    In a bowl, mix ground turkey with half the minced garlic, half the diced onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form 12-14 meatballs.

    Heat half the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs 6-7 minutes, turning to color all sides. Remove and set aside.

    Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and onion. Cook 3-4 minutes until softened.

    Add remaining garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Return meatballs to the skillet. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
