- sliced and juiced

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss sweet potato cubes with half the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.

- •25 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- •40 g Lemon (sliced and juiced)
- •6 g Garlic (minced)
- •3 g Fresh Thyme
- •3 g Fresh Rosemary
- •1 g Black Pepper (Ground)
