How the Calculator Works

Example Calculation
For a 75 kg person playing general squash for 45 minutes:
1. MET Value: 9.0 (general play)
2. Calculation: 9.0 × 75 × 0.75 = 506 calories
Note: A 45-minute squash match can burn as many calories as running for 60+ minutes due to constant high-intensity movement.
