Yoga Calorie Calculator
Yoga burns between 150-450 calories per hour, depending on the style. Hot yoga and power yoga burn significantly more than gentle hatha or yin yoga.
How the Calculator Works
The calculator uses MET values based on yoga style:
Calories Burned = MET × Weight (kg) × Time (hours)
MET Values by Yoga Style

Example Calculation
For a 65 kg person doing hot yoga for 90 minutes:
1. MET Value: 6.0 (hot yoga)
2. Calculation: 6.0 × 65 × 1.5 = 585 calories
