  4. Break (5-10 min): Cool down, hydrate again
  5. Round 3 (10-15 min): Final round at comfortable intensity

Infrared Sauna for 60 Minutes

Infrared saunas are the only type where a continuous 60-minute session is commonly practiced:

  • Lower temperatures (45-60°C) allow extended exposure

  • Still requires adequate hydration

Hydration Strategy

A 60-minute sauna experience can result in 1-1.5 liters of fluid loss:
